Ah, National Cycle Network in Wandsworth, London. How we love you so. You have to be quite strong to wheel a bike up the ramp to this gate and then push through. Lovely stuff from @wandbc https://t.co/cUcMXLayfA Similar in Cambridge, see ... [more]

  • Icon 188108 Upgrade footpath to segregated cycleway, either through ASDA car park or Holmers Lane, up to Cressex Link rd.
  • Icon 188106 Main cycle route between Cressex and Marlow should go up through Marlow Bottom Valley. Start at bottom of Ragmans Lane/Marlow Bottom and widen footpath to make into cycleway to underpass at Asda.
  • Icon 188105 This path is always overgrown with brambles and now has large cracks in. Again I have reported to the council but they are supposedly not at intervention level despite them being wide enough for a road bike wheel to get stuck.
  • Icon 188104 There are several small but deep holes in this cycle path, I have reported to the council several times but they say they are not at intervention level yet. I am not sure what intervention level would be as they could easily cause an accident in their current state.

  • Icon 188102 This is the access to the new cycle hub but access is dangerous and not obvious. - remove on-road parking - widen old oak pavement - add a pedestrian crossing - improve signage - add traffic calming on Cottonmill Lane.
  • Icon 188101 This junction is part of NCN6 but it is very dangerous for cyclists turning right out of it onto Abbots Ave. Blind corner with hump, very wide and downhill road encourages speeding. Junction re-configuration is required.
  • Icon 187869 Here is the daily school-run congestion in Oxford Iffley Rd: angry drivers, wasted time and CO2. It has been like this for years. One must be crazy to think this is OK and we should do nothing. Proposed traffic filters may help, but permits must be minimal! • Icon 187830 This is a very dangerous stretch for pedestrians and cyclists: in westward direction there is no pavement and no cycle path, the road curves so obstructs view and drivers pass at high speed.
